The purpose of CFH is to provide a holistic approach to work towards wellness, stabilization and successful productivity through advocacy, empowerment and transformation.  CFH is dedicated to the improvement of the service delivery, health care and treatment of persons with mental illness, behavioral health challenges and other addictions.  CFH focuses on improved methods and services in research, prevention/intervention, detection, diagnosis and treatment modalities; and to fight the stigma/prejudice associated with mental illness, promote social justice and recovery from behavioral health challenges.  CFH is a for-profit agency and is dedicated to building community capacity; supporting people in communities to develop the skills and knowledge that they need to enable them to work together to bring about the positive change they want to see within their own communities.  There has been a gap and disconnect in support concerning the stigma of mental illness and education around meeting the local need and fostering stronger and more sustainable communities.  This project will help our communities, providers, families etc., identify their own needs and then assist with developing and delivery of and educational project to meet those needs. This project will contribute with improving quality of life and enhancing life chances through physical and social regeneration in communities and cities.

CFH is an outpatient behavioral health facility which treats patients with mental illness and offers a variety of mental health-related services for the community. The agency treats a variety of behavioral health issues (substance abuse, anxiety, manic depression and schizophrenia, etc.).Services are coordinated through teamwork of licensed professionals.  Services include, but not limited to; medication management; counseling/therapy (individual, family & group); Life Skills; crisis intervention; DUI education; Information & Referral Services; case management; inter-agency collaboration; Community Psychiatric Support Services; training/educational site for advance learning and research.
